Stephanie Overton is a Georgia native and has been an Atlanta area resident since 2003. She has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and an Associates Degree in Business Administration. Before becoming a licensed Realtor, she worked in the homebuilding business for 15 years as a Purchasing Agent. In her role as a Purchasing Agent, she learned how to be detail-oriented, proactive, an active listener and a skilled negotiator.

When not assisting clients, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and their son, visiting family, traveling, and spending time on their boat on Lake Lanier.
