Everything in real estate and development starts with the land. Our Land & Commercial Division is led by Managing Partner & Head of Development, Chad Lagomarsino, who has spent more than 25 years identifying and analyzing potential commercial real estate opportunities including master planned lifestyle developments, hospitality and destination driven ventures. Working directly with our land & commercial clients, Chad has brokered and closed both large and small tracts of land throughout Georgia including timber tracts ranging between 2,400 and 8,800 acres, commercial pads for daycares & restaurants and parcels for grocery store chains.
Chad and the Team currently represent several local residential custom builders where they identify raw land acquisitions opportunities, get them under control, then Chad takes them through the zoning process to obtain highest & best use which is usually developed lot subdivisions. Then on the backend, our Sales Team represents the builders and their completed new homes through sell out.
